Tulsi Medicinal Plants Uses

Tulsi, a medicinal plant which has many uses and benefits like in fever or when we suffer from cold and cough, we all consume tulsi tea. It has antioxidants which help in maintaining blood sugar level. Tulsi is good for skin. People eat tulsi plant leaves regularly and even use them in their drinking water and tea. Tulsi helps in recovery from fever, cough and cold as it improves immunity.
Mint Plant Uses (Pudina)

Mint plant has many benefits like it helps in digestion. So many green chutneys are prepared with mint which are good for digestion.
It also shows good results in reducing weight and fat as it does not lets the fat to be stored at one place and quickly melts the fat.
Mint plant is also a good source of Vitamin A. Dietitians suggest mint plant and leaves in detox water for weight loss. These leaves are used to make virgin mojito which is summer drink for refreshment
Aloe Vera Plant Uses
Used in reducing itching and inflammation
Best for skin, hair and stomach as masks or gel
Helps in reducing skin problems like acne
Reduces weight and constipation problems
Coriander Plant Uses ( Dhaniya Patta / Chinese parsley)
This should be grown in big pot as it grows in large area or pots.
Essential in all our homemade vegetables.
Rich in immunity boosting.
Help in lowering blood sugar level.
Promote digestion and gut health.
Protect our skin from mild rashes
All these plants will help to protect you from lifestyle diseases like Blood pressure, diabetes, skin and hair problems and can be grown easily at your home without occupying much space. These medicinal plant with so many benefits and uses are consumed by us in our daily life. So use the natural and home grown version of will definitely be much more beneficial.
Here is a recipe of green dhaniya and pudina chutney which you can prepare and keep in your refrigerator for at-least 4 to 5 days and add to your meals daily whether as sandwich spread or consume with chapatis or with paratha.
Ingredients required:
Dhaniya Patta, Mint leaves, Tomatoes β 3-4 green and red mix, Green chillies – 2, Lemon and Salt
Roast tomatoes on gas and once they are roasted add in cold water till they get to a normal temperature
Peel off the skin of tomatoes and add two green chillies to it
Now wash mint leaves and dhaniya leaves and add to the bowl with tomatoes
Grind them well and take the mixture in the container
Add lemon and salt according to your taste at the time you consume it because it is to be stored for 4-5 days
Store this chutney for 4-5 days
